Besides NADA means nothing on these cars except what a bank will loan on them. If you want one at NADA buy a red or black one. For a low mile, mint SOM car expect to pay $5K-$6K more than any other color. Plus figure in that it is a 6spd and thats makes it twice as desirable. The $20K mark isnt out of the realm on this car for the right buyer.
There's low mile SOMs at the $13,000 - $15,000 mark on Autotrader all the time. Now that I have the money, there are none.

I don't mean to step in here but where the hell did you hear that? Don't get me wrong I personally like the color but nobody in their right mind will do that! of course with that being said there are alot of people NOT in their right mind.

I go with my best bud once to twice a month (He is a car broker) to both high value and resale auctions and truth be told most people wont even look at those colors. Not stirring the pot...it's only the truth.

Yeah untill you actually have bought an SOM ws6 you cant appreciate it and understand why its worth more...i mean in 2001 only 195 were made M6 in that color...id say that makes it pretty desireable.

Im not trying to trash your thread but you can get a low milage 05-06 GTO or a 03 or younger C5 for that same price im not saying your car might not be worth what you say but i think youll be lucky to get 16.5 or 17 in this economy. Most people may say they dont care how cars are selling in this economy but the fact is if you want it to sell you have to have at least semi-reasonable pricing.

Gorgeous car, G/L with the sale.

FWIW, i paid $18K for my SOM SS with similar mods and mileage, so your price isn't unreasonable.

Assertions won't determine whether his price is justified. Only one thing can settle that question - if it sells and for what price. Same deal with the SoMBird thread. Market will determine selling price. Works every time.

Curious why anyone hasnt said anything about the power? Seems very low for a cammed car...A bolton cam 02 ws6 should be making alot closer to 400 rwhp. I know its not a very big cam but there are tons of cars making 400 with that cam.
