FS 2000 Pewter Trans Am, A4 The dreaded day is here and I am selling my Trans Am. Because I drive so much for work, and am to the point where I need to be able to haul various things, the Trans Am that has served me so well is no longer practical.
This is a 2000 TA with 120,000 miles. The great majority of these miles are highway miles. This car does not burn a drop of oil and until I changed rear ends still got more than 20 MPG on the highway. I have recently changed rear ends from a 3.23 to a 3.42. Not for any particular reason other than the stock rear end was on the down fall, and this gear would give me a little more low end bite without slaughtering gas mileage. This car has received a fresh fill of Royal Purple or Mobile 1 every 4K miles since I bought it. I am the original owner and this car has always been garage kept. There are a few dings and chips, as expected from so many highway miles. Asking price is $9,700.00.

3.42 rear end (only 9K miles on rear end)
new brakes all the way around
new tires all the way around
FLP long tube headers with ez swap cats/O.R. pipes
FRAM with K & N filter
PCV catch can mod
Throttle stop mod
TB coolant bypass
New knock sensors installed recently with silicone to prevent future problems
SLP MAF
SLP High Flow Lid with smooth bellows
Viper alarm
Powerslot Rotors (fronts turned recently with brake job)
HPP3 for rear end ratio adjustment and shift points
Hypertech 160 deg. powerstat
Borla exhaust with all extra plates
HPP3 programmer comes with the car
I also have two brand new axles, and an extra torque arm if you are interested (the guy I bought the rear end from gave them to me to get them out of his garage)
I also have a second set of COMPLETE stock heads (I never had the opportunity to get them ported and polished)
