1988 chevy K1500 RCSB stepside 4x4 truck has about 140,000 miles, OK condition, interior could use re-done. It needs a cab corner on the passenger side, which also has a newer replacement door from a light blue truck. The original gold door comes with the truck, but it has abig dent in it from me hitting a forklift (long story...) 
The 4x4 works great, although like most older chevy's this type, when it's cold out, it tends to take a minute or two to engage. The front axles and ball joints were replaced about 2 years or 3000 miles ago. The exhaust was replaced from the cat back about 3 years or 4500 miles ago. The radiator, water pump, thermostat, and hoses were replaced about 4 years ago, right after I got the truck. I just put a new ignition system into the truck right before parking it about a month ago, this was: distributor cap, rotor, electronic ignition control module, plugs, wires, and coil. The BFG's have less than 5000 miles on them, and the stock wheels and tires go as well, they have about 70-75% tread, but the rims finish is damaged due to improper storage. The rims on the truck now are 16". When I bought it, there was nothing on the front end, I installed a set of factory tow hooks and purchased the valance panel with the correct holes, but never installed it, it goes with the truck. The tonneau cover is off the truck in the photo's but it is in good condition, we used it last week to go get a xmas tree. It's a 350/automatic, the tranny was rebuilt before I bought the truck and it is SUPER strong, when it's wet it will chirp the tires going into second, the rest of the shifts are slightly milder, but that 1-2 is tight. 
I bought a new hemi ram, so this truck is now redundant. I am asking $3000 or trade for something else (except a 80's 4x4 chevy
)
It has a current WV tag, insurance and inspection so anyone is welcome to come out and look at it if you like. It does use oil, about 1 quart every 400 miles, this is due to the valve guides being worn out and blowby occuring while the engine is cold, once it starts to warm up, it stops. Or else once it warms up, it burns it clear?? either way, there is smoke at startup that stops a few minutes later. Truck has an electric fan with thermostat, never overheats, liquid thermostat is 160 degrees. I can't think of anything else, if you have any questions, let me know.

I have a lot more, detailed photo's of the truck available, it's not perfect, but I want people to see what it is and isn't. I need someplace to post them so people can see them, this site only let's me have 5 pix, and the rest of them are too large to email. If anybody knows a free, easy to use place to post pix, let me know.
