1999 FRC Corvette 600HP for sale 30mpg also trades Hi, Here is a little info. on my car. 1999 FIXED roof coupe corvette, artic white rare only 311 made. In 2003 South Forida Performance did
the engine. They replaced the LS1 with a LS6 from GM, then they buit the
engine from there. They lowered the compression to 8.3-1 J&E forged
pistons,cnc stage V heads with 5 angle valve job,titanium retainers,racing
springs,ported and hand polished,Lingenfelter limited edition aluminum
intake,competition cams supercharger grind camshaft .590 lift, ATI
competition harmonic balancer keyed to the crank,.
Carroll Supercharging stage V, vortech supercharger, Aquamist water
injection, carroll superfueler injector control computer, 42lb
injectors,high capacity fuel pump, Spec stage 3 clutch,B&B exhaust, B&M
Ripper Shifter,ARP fasteners throughout,grand national MAP sensor,Breathless
performance intake filter,. Ron Zimmer did the computer programing. Just
dynoed a few weeks ago it went 504 RWHP and 440 torque at only 5-6 lbs of
boost at 5000 ft. It get 30 mpg on the road also. Could make a lot more
power if you uped the boost, can handle up to 15lbs. Has slotted and
drilled Brembo rotors, red ZO6 calipers. lowered, ZO6 chrome wheels, ZO6
seats,screens.
Has boost and fuel pressure gauges on piller. 25000 miles on car, 4000 on
engine. Asking 35500.00 OBO over 30k in engine alone. Can email pics if interested.

Very hot ride... a lil' too hot considering the lack of big spenders here.
My cherry Firehawk is up for sale right now locally, hopefully it wont sell, but if I get my price I'll give you a call and take that 'Vette off your hands. I was going to get a z06 or save for one year to put some more down on a new c6, but yours would be perfect. We'll see what happens. I wish you luck in the meantime.

On the highway going 70mph it is only turning about 1600 rpms, it gets 30 mpg. It is hard not to put your foot into it but if you can just keep the cruise on you will get excellent mileage.

On the highway going 70mph it is only turning about 1600 rpms, it gets 30 mpg. It is hard not to put your foot into it but if you can just keep the cruise on you will get excellent mileage.

No thats very likely. My Z06 got 34 MPG on a trip to Las Vegas with all bolt ons and a nice size cam. My car made 421 at the wheels and still got the 34MPG. Corvettes are so much more efficent than f-body its not even funny.Good Luck on the sale of the car.

Corvettes get WAY better gas mileage than F-bodies do. 30 MPG is totally believeable, especially since it looks like he has the stock 3.42 rear. I also have a rare 1 of 311 
Arctic White 99 FRC, and I've been able to knock down 32-34 on the expressway with it, on long trips using cruise control. Post some pics, I'd love to see another AW FRC!
