How much worse is a hydraulic cam on eating valve springs and such? I heard they're only good for about 10k miles before needing some reworking. That sounds like a badass setup though. Props for doing so much with so few mods.

I would have the springs checked once a year if you're racing alot or doing a bunch of driving.
Less than 100 miles on the springs, lifters, cam, & valve job.

The compression is around 12:1.
