2001 Camaro Ss For Sale - Cheap
I Just Bought This Car 3 Days Ago Only To Resale. It Was Such A Good Deal And Such A Nice Car, I Just Couldnt Pass It Up. Its An 01 Ss With 67,000 Miles. It Is The Dark Blue Color. It Does Have T-tops. Its An Automatic Transmission. It Also Has The Factory 10-spoke Wheels That Were Dipped In Chrome. This Car Does Have A Prior Salvage Title. The Damage Occured Like 3 Years Ago When The Car Had Around 28,000 Miles. I Saw This Car When A Friend Of Mine Bought It Wrecked. It Was A Light Hit To The Front. He Had To Replace Front Bumper And And Fix The 2 Fenders And Hood. He Went Ahead And Painted The Whole Car. This Car Is Very Clean, And Unless You Look Real Hard, You Could Never Tell It Was Wrecked. His Wife Has Driven It For The Last Few Years, And Has Taken Very Good Care Of It. I Am Very Particular With The Vehicles I Buy. I Dont Mess With Junk. I Would Keep The Car If I Didnt Already Have Several Irons In The Fire. I Will Take Pictures If Anyone Is Interested. I Would Sell This Car For $11,500.

bump- man, i figured anybody looking for a car like this would be all over it. i know alot of people are scared of salvage vehicles, but think about it, this car has been driven 3 years since any damage was done. id say without knowing that this car was a prior salvage, id give it an overall score of 8.5-9 out of 10, 10 being the highest of course. i mean you would really have to nit pick to find flaws in this car.

book value applies to any car. whether its been wrecked or not. now the fact that it is prior salvage title brings that value down. in this case, im selling it for $6,000 below the book value.

Dont let low ballers get you down. For an 01 A4 SS, without a salvage title, I would expect a $14-15K selling price with 67,000 miles on it. M6 possibly 15-16K. I think your 11K is more than fair, but If someone waves 10K cash in your face, think long and hard.

"Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. A vehicle with a branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage is considered "poor." A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value.
