blown motor is not fair condition

 

So what is it?

 

"Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. A vehicle with a branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage is considered "poor." A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value.


This is from Kelly Blue Book. I'd say this definitely applies to a car with a blown motor. No value was given, but it would obviously be less than "Fair" condition. Just for reference, "Fair" condition listed on the same site was $6720 for the same car. And that was for a car in reasonable running condition, which yours is obviously not.

That is also for a stock car. This is heads, cam, exhaust, gears, etc. I'd say $7000 is not a bad price for this.

 

Sold to me!! I drove 1600 miles round trip yesterday and today to pick it up.
