96 Lincoln Continental $500 Blown Transmission
*Asking Price: $500
*Vehicle City & State: Melbourne Florida
*Vehicle Make, Model, Year: 1996 Lincoln Continental
*Actual Mileage: 199k
*Title: Clean
*Transmission Type: Automatic
*Body Color: Black
*Interior Type and Color: Beige Leather
*List of modifications:
*List of known issues, flaws, or problems: Transmission is gone, car moves but very slowly, will need to be towed.
*Has the vehicle had any accidents or paint work? Yes, it has some paint issues, decent amount of fading and a palm sized chip in the roof
*Attach photos or post links to photos: No photos at this time, but I will have some up asap.
Basically we bought this car to put miles on. It had 183k when we purchased it and seemed to be in great shape aside from paint issues. During our ownership we replaced the power steering pump, converted it from air suspension to spring suspension, replaced tires, and added new rotors and brake pads. The motor seems to be in good shape, although the transmission is shot so the car will need to be towed. The car has alot of great parts if you decide to part it out, I simply dont have the desire to pull the car apart and start shipping things. Any questions please feel free to ask. Car is a FWD 4.6 V8. Has moonroof, heated seats, power everything, factory 16" chrome wheels.
