1990 Notch/Roller...C/M cage/Strange/Welds/Fl. River/AutoMeter/All Fresh!.....Decent!
hey guys.......
$3600 with AutoMeter gauge pkg, or $3000 with stock gauge cluster, or $2800 minus the seats & fuel tank. FIRM FIRM FIRM!!!
Link to more pics....http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2256685
pic of the damaged door/quarter described below...not bad at all
INTERIOR CONVERTED TO BLACK PROFESSIONALLY! Will include nice clean black door panels too.
Clean Titled 1990 Notch....originally a 5.0/Auto Florida car, but in Arizona for a while, before it was bought by a friend of mine as a roller who did nothing with it. the car has 92,xxx miles on it and is VERY clean/rust free Except for the bottom lip of the trunk lid. Solid quarters, shock towers, firewall, floors, trunk, roof, etc. the car has a scrape on the pass. side, but it did not penetrate the metal (no tears).
Front End.....
Engine bay smoothed and painted and wires hidden inside of fenders. very clean setup.
New billet caster/camber plates,
New Strange 8 pos. adj. shocks with a coil over setup, new drag springs,
New RaceCraft tubular K-member & A-arms, K-member has had the shaft mounts cut off, but can be replaced by any welder. i will adjust the price for that. it was done because i needed to drop the rack/motor 1.5" for clearance. the K-member is a non-motor mount setup. you'll need a front & mid plate if you use it.
New Flaming River manual and shaft,
New bump steer kit,
New Strange Drag Brake pkg with Billet 4 piston callipers,
New Weld Draglites & New Goodyear Front Runners,
New Strange manual brake master cylinder w/firewall mount kit, (in box)
Trans tunnel has been professionally widened to fit a th400, but you can NOT notice from inside the car.
Interior.....
8pt. (no diagnal bars behind the seats) C/M cage that has been cusom installed, not a kit, and both door bars have swingouts. the cage is a through the dash setup and is was done RIGHT! 100% TIG!
The interior was originally grey but after the cage was put in, i decided to have the interior converted to black. it's not 100% complete yet, but it's very close. the front and rear seats are still grey, but are Very nice and can be sold or recovered with a kit. no tears that i can recall, but it's been a while since i looked at the rear seat. i can sell the car minus the stock seats...take off $100. the door & trunk locks need to be replaced. simple job, but worth mentioning. they froze up, so i pulled them out. you'll need to get the actuators too. $50 job.
When converting to black, Every piece of the interior was removed except for the headliner and rear sail/ quarter panels due to the tight tollerances of the cage. Every piece that was converted, was done so with all Year One prep/dye/paint products and it looks AMAZING!!! there is no shifter in the car, despite the picture, and a stock steering wheel. i put in new black carpet, i have true black door panels that i bought used, full power setup, all lights work, even the power trunk release. i have not tried the power mirrors, but i can check those easily enough.
the dash has a brand new Florida5.0 cluster assy containing full Autometer Ultralite ProComp (Silver) gauges which include, 3 3/8" speedo & tach, water, oil, volts, fuel, plus turn signals and high beam indicator.
the rear is all 100% stock and includes a stock 8.8. i don't know what the gear ratio is, but i'm sure it's stock.
there is also a nice aluminum batt box in the trunk, with a light weight Oddysey battery in it, and a power cutoff switch is hooked up and nothing was hacked to put it in. very clean attention to detail work with everything that's been done to the car.
The gas tank has been dropped, cleaned out completely, had the baffles rewelded, and a larger fuel insert (?) installed with a -10an feed and -8an return. the -8 return can be converted to a -6 by removing an adapter. there is currently a 3 ft lead of -10/-8 Earl's Pro-Lite 350 hose to get the fuel system started but that's it. i'll can drop $100 off if you don't want the stock tank & fuel insert.
Stock hood is included too btw.
[U]To wrap it up...
I paid $1500 for a clean notch.
I have roughly $2,500 in parts listed in the front end, PLUS all the welding and smoothing of the engine bay to fill in all the holes...
$600 plus in the gauge layout...
$1600 for the C/M cage....
can't really put a price on the other interior work....
and roughly $500 in misc stuff mentioned above...
That's a grand total of $6700 off the top of my head in Parts Alone.
As i mentioned above, i will take $3000 FIRM minus the gauges, and $3600 with the gauges. if you don't want the stock buckets, take off $100, and if you don't want the stock fuel tank setup, take off another $100.
