Default 2000 Z28 A4 stall + bolt-ons...

63,000 miles, t-tops. The car is pewter with ebony leather interior. This is an all option Z28 car except for chrome wheels and cd player (had a monsoon TAPE deck from the factory - wtf?) The car's mods include:

ENGINE:
coated pacesetter longtube headers (race style)
crushbent 3" true duals + x-pipe with 4x9 magnaflows (no longer has turndowns)
whisper lid + k&n filter
slp ls6 intake (no egr)
air and egr removed
powerbond 25% underdrive pulley
160* hypertech thermostat
tuned by Green Light Motorsports

DRIVETRAIN:
fuddle racing 4k/2.4 str "street" stall converter
tci powdercoated flex plate
transgo shift kit (full race/high stall)
b&m deep trans. pan (+3 qt. capacity)
b&m 24k trans. cooler
new factory trans. mount
al. driveshaft from 01 b4c + new rear u-joint
strange "pro-street" 373 gears
thunder racing etched t/a differential cover

SUSPENSION/CHASSIS:
spohn rear lower control arms
kenny brown "double-diamond" 3 pt. sub-frame connectors (welded)

PROBLEMS:
Both front speakers are blown. Everything works as it should, seats, windows (even the passenger side window is still quick), rear defroster, etc etc.

This car has been on a few several hundred mile trips with no problems. Average mileage achieved was 24mpg which included mostly highway + typical city driving. All of the parts removed from the car can be reinstalled, no hacks.

A/C is on the car and works, but needs a belt. The car is religiously maintained. The exterior is in good shape, a couple dings on passenger side rear quarter and a spot on the nose with chipping paint. The interior is PERFECT except for the usual rash on the driver's seat from entry/exit. The cd player is gray, not ebony. I do not have floormats for the back. The car has went a best of 12.25, with a bunch of low 12.3x passes, I have yet to make a pass in sub 80* weather.

All modifications were done within the last 10k miles. The car is very reliable, drives good, and runs great. All of the old parts I can find and a slightly used set of M/T et street drag radial tires go with the car. No longer has halo headlights (were never hooked up).

$10,500. I am located in central Indiana and would prefer a local sale. PM me or send email to: hail_the_bowtie@hotmail.com

i wondered...but i don't know why it would be so inconsistent. i drove it to the track and home with no trouble. beats me. the converter itself works VERY well, the lockup part of it is an added bonus.
