Everyone says the same thing. I have some minor back problems, but I'm not complaining. Wear your damn seatbelts. That car did such a good job of saving my life, I am about 2 weeks away from buying another one. So all you F-body owners, feel glad you are driving a safe car.

I'm curious about the story behind the wreck? Someone plowed in to you?

Gotta agree with the seatbelts. As long as your not getting thrown from the windshield or have the car pushed into your body from the accident seatbelts will more often then not leave you with some bruises and pain instead of death.

If you saw how the lower frame was pushed into the seats and the driver seat was cocked over about 20 degrees from veritical..youd be amazed he was ok...

I had to cut the whole frame out with a sawzall to get the front seats out because it was crushed up against them and I couldnt get to the bolts to remove them.

The rearend was sticking out one side about a foot....but it didnt bend or damage the rear, so thats good

Did the seats bend at all taking some of the pressure off of them?

I over-corrected on the freeway and lost control and went nose first into a concrete wall. Car was then in the fast lane pointing towards the wall, and another car came and plowed right into the driver side door without even hitting his brakes.

not fun.

Well the halfbald 26 yr old guy in the first, yep thats me.

You guys would have been impressed. Midnight, 35 degrees. The tow truck driver dropped the car off in the parking lot of his apartment complex. Not one corner really rolled. 4 flat tires, wheels broken/bent. Doesnt steer period.

All I had was a jack and a cherry picker and about 2 hours of work and finally got it on the trailer... Note to self, im putting a winch on my trailer!
