oh and does anybody know why it sounds like a supercharger when i sure as hell know there is not one on there...that keeps puzzling me...ive had so many people ask about my "supercharger" that does not even exist...if anyone has any ideas at all please let me know

thats gotta be a bigger throttle body. either the stock one was ported, or it has a bigger aftermarket tb. i had an 01 gt and i put the biggest throttle body that was recommended and when i romped it, it had a real cool whistle to it. then when i installed the long tubes, that whistle was no longer heard.

that sounds like it could be a possibility...but this is just a whistling noise...its loud enough to where people who are racing me can hear it over the motor...it sounds badass...but you could possibly be right...

ok well if your 99 has the green dot on the intake manifold, it has been recalled and reworked by ford and that in combination with the c&l tuned maf, tubing, and k&n on my buddys 99 cobra makes it whine like a really quiet supercharger....
