I have a few questions. What do you think is causing the car not to shift to second? You have absolutly all the A/C stuff I want A/C so I will need everything to make it work? Lastly why is the seat out of the car? Thanks I am very interested in this car.

I have ALL the a/c stuff, even extra. When I did the cam swap I pulled the condenser to make it easier and didn't feel like putting everything back on since I never use the A/C anyways. Plus while doing the cam swap one of the lines going to the evap canister broke but I bought all new lines a few weeks ago. The 1/2 shift fork is either bent or the 2cnd gear syncro is out.

On my last camaro the same thing happened but popping out of 4th, so I bought a new steel shift fork and c.f. syncro rings for about $250-$300 for D&D performance and had the trans rebuilt for $250 so its not a very expensive fix. I just havn't worried about it yet with this one since I don't go to the track in it, and don't drive it much.

On a sidenote though, yesterday I tried for the hell of it and it went in 2cnd everytime and didn't pop out. I was surprised, I wouldn't say it is fixed but prob. better.

I was selling the car before and decided to keep it and change a few things, so I bought a lot of the new stuff, all new susp. stuff, all new appearance stuff, wheels/tires, stereo stuff, carpet and all, so I decided to dynamat the car and put new carpet in and since I am the only one that drives the car and no one ever rides me with I just put the drivers seat back in and the drivers seatbelt back in. The rear leathers are in though.

I have the corbeau mounted on the factory power bracket though so its movable and helps a lot. The only other "problem" that I can think of that I forgot to post is the passenger side window motor is out, but I have a new Siemens VDO that I will give to the purchaser. Other than that I can't think of anything. I will go take some pics and post them up.

Well for some reason, second gear works pretty good now. I really don't have troubles with it anymore, you just seem to have to shift above 2500-3k though. I still have all extra's, even some more that I have ran into.

Asking $12k now. Need this gone. Serious Buyers only please.

Wait a second...don't Camaros have 2nd gear locked out unless you're driving aggressively? Hence the reason you can shift into it fine after 3000 RPMs.

395rwhp/395rwtq, before the tune/etc. was finished and with the stock clutch. Should be around 405-410 now. Traps 116+ on stock clutch running real rich.

you'r elooking for a family car? How bout an 04' GTP CompG w/65K miles on it. It has every available option on it, as well as a few bolt-ons...enough to help it go 13.7's @101.
