as far as 3rd gear it works fine..just needs to be shifted firmly..if i wasnt selling it i would have already fixed it, the part only costs about 50$.. but i figured if im paying all that money in labor to have the trans. pulled out i might as well put some other mods in..clutch, etc..its up to the buyer tho

the passenger window motor usually needs a little help to make it all the way up.. i guess firebirds and camaros are notorious for this problem , there about 40$ to replace

 

yes they are. i replaced 2 of them so far
