2000 Trans AM Ws6 Pewter 6-speed High Miles. in OHIO Well im going through school right now to be an engineer and money is really tight. I bought this Ws6 this summer and put about 6,000 into it (i took out a loan to pay for this) and now im struggling to pay off this loan, buy a winter car, and go through school. I just put Pacesetter LONG TUBES, Pacesetter ORY, (3") and SLP LM catback onto the car. (LOUD). Also just put a clutch in it (Had the original clutch in it, this car was babied)
This car was a mobil 1 synthetic car its entire life and has always had that put in it according to previous owner. Thats what i have used also. Has been to the track 4-5 times and bone stock ran a 13.30 a month ago in 95 degree heat and it was muggy. My clutch started slipping when i put on long tubes and rest of exhaust but in same conditions slipping it ran a 13.2. Should be in 12's in better weather conditions with new clutch in. Motor makes no noises that it should, ICE COLD air, Paint is in pristine condition (no dents or scratches, clear shines like the day it was bought) clean title, clean carfax i believe. all original body panels, motor and trans have never been touched, very little rust on entire car (surface rust on brake lines and rear end is about it, no rot spots) I just put platinum 4 plugs in, replaced the fuel filter-pump, and put new wheel bearings and axles in the rear end and new seals also. New corvette tires (285/45/17) in the back and 06 GTO (245/45/17) in the front. This car has nothing wrong with it at all, runs great and has plenty of miles left in it. Tranny never misses a gear. All gears are easy to get into and never grinds even with quick shifts. has 150,000 miles. Offers welcome. I will trade for any decent 6-speed LS1 with about 3-4k in cash. car blue books for like 12-14. id take a lot less
