VERY important note on the car--- The car has american racing headers and y-pipe. I was going to put back the stock manifolds and y but decided against it. I paid $1500 for this exhaust and it is the best exhaust money can buy right now. Exhaust is 6 months old. CAr was also dyno tunned at 315rwhp 3 months ago at excelsior motorsports in san diego. The dyno was a top of the line $100,000 austrailian dyno that uses windows instead of dos and 315rwhp is equivilant to around 350rwhp on a mustang dyno.
My 01 ws6 h/c dynoed 345rwhp at excelsior and then dynoed 391rwhp on a mustang dyno.
Since the exhaust is staying on the car.... my price of $12,000 is firm.
Where are these cars that are selling for so cheap? I sure do not see them.
Now I hope everyone knows there is a differance between an A4 vs. M6, WS6 vs. regular, and a black vs. any other color when the price of a car is said!!!
Call me crazy but look on autotrader and search for a black WS6 manual with under 100,000 miles ACCROSS THE WHOLE UNITED STATES and my car is one of the cheapest!!!!
The fact of the matter is this- I want $12,000 for my car. Its worth that much to me and I believe that it is worth that in todays market too. If I do not get $12,000 then I guess I will keep the car.

1999 WS6 for sale locally to me 11k with 76k miles and its from a dealership. That's pretty bad if a dealership is selling a car for a lower price than your "private party" price.
