The car was built by myself and the shop I work with. I built the motor, and yes, i have nearly all of the receipts. The car has no power steering since it is so light, but it could easily be hooked up if you really wanted to. The AC is not connected either, but I will give the buyer all of the parts to put it in and then all you have to do is buy $100 custom lines to hook it up. That's what windows are for IMO.
