'99 Camaro Z-28 NBM 71,000 miles - 9,500 accepting offers 1999 Camaro Z-28 6 Speed

Details:
Car has just under 70,000 miles on it, 85% highway miles. Leather Interior, T-tops, ZR1 Wheels.
Engine:
Engine is a reman. Jasper engine installed at 48,000 miles. Engine was replaced due to piston slap on one of the cylinders (#7 i think, seems to be common). Engine was installed by dealer, and a new clutch was put in at the same time. Clutch master cylinder has also been replaced. Engine is totally stock, never been tinkered with. Have all dealer service receipts to back up work. Engine still has warranty remaining on it ( 3 yrs, 36,000 miles ).
Modifications:
SLP Airlid (still have stock unit)
SLP Loudmouth exhaust
Hurst shifter (not factory one, still have original)
Previous owner had installed a SS hood, and the ZR1 rims
Flaws:
I take very good care of this car, but it is not perfect. When I bought the car it already has all of these flaws except for the ripped seat, I think the seam was just getting weak and it left go one day
-Rip along seam of drivers seat about 4 inches in length
-Drivers side sun-vison needs to be replaced. The spring that holds it in place let go, so I removed the visor. Passenger side still fine
-Scratch on top of rear spoiler, could most likely be buffed out
-3 small stress cracks around hood scoop of car
-Small ding smaller than a penny on passenger side rear fender
-Clear coat was nicked in 1 inch tall by 2 inch long section on drivers side rear fender
-Left rear wheel has chrome flaking, was considering replacing all wheels with Z06 rims
Overall, this car is really in great shape.
The paint still waxes up beautifully and the mechanicals are solid.
Bought this car almost 2 years ago, I love it, but need something with a little more space and 4 doors.
Asking $9500 OBO, willing to negotiate and/or trade
