It's a nice car, and I'm sure the condition and mileage make you feel it's worth $32k, but considering you can get a brand new 08 leftover for 5-7k more, it's going to be a tough sell, especially here in the northeast during the middle of the winter.
Does it have any kind of warranty left on it?
Try holding it till the spring and see if the car market comes back to life.

You also might want to get rid of it before spring...when gas prices rise again, business's cant afford to do business and the unemployment level goes yet even higher!
