FS/WTT: 2004 Evolution VIII 350whp for C5 or F-body

Up for sale is an engineer owned and maintained Apex silver Evo VIII. I picked up another daily driver so i want to build a track car. This evo is FAR too nice to turn into a race car. I bought the car bone stock last summer with 24k miles and installed the following mods:
Power:
AMS Intake
Halman Evolution RX mbc
MUSE LICP
HKS BOV
Ported Exhaust manifold
Ported Evo IX turbo
Ebay O2 housing
Megan racing 3" TBE
Walbro 255 pump
PTE 1000cc injectors
Interior:
Stri Boost gauge
Stri EGT gauge
AEM Uego wideband
Exterior:
Star spec tires 50-60% tread
Just checked brakes, pads are 1/4 from wear indicators and rotors are well within spec.
Car was just tuned on E85 1000 miles ago by chris at AMS so you know the tune is spot on. The car made 347 whp/371 tq and is a blast to drive. I made 5 passes on the E85 tune to see what it would do and thats it. The stock clutch is holding perfect. Best pass of 12.19@113, 1.70 60'
No joke, i have never seen a cleaner Evo, exterior is almost perfect, has a tiny door ding and a 1 1/2" light scratch on the driver side that will probably buff out, that is it!
Looking for $19,000 as the car sits or $17,500 back to stock. Prices are best offer, i paid a lot of money last year because to me, a clean car is worth it.
May trade straight for C5 or a LS1 F-car and at least 10k cash.
