I think you're going to have trouble getting 8k with those axles under there. Not trying to doo doo on your sale but if you really need it gone quick you need to drop your price. I purchased a 72 blazer with 42" swampers, 1-ton axles front and rear, and a built 454 for your current price of $8K. It's a very nice truck don't get me wrong, but as a lifted-truck enthusiast like yourself just thought I should give you my 2 cents why you are having difficulty selling it.
