Default 1994 Firebird Formula in Indiana.....now $5500

I'm putting my baby up for sale. I simply need the money. I need a cheaper vehicle with cheaper gas and insurance. I'm tired of working 35 hrs. a week while going to school.

94 Firebird Formula, LT1, 81K as of now, Auto tranny

Car is very well cared for and maintained. It is in perfect mechanical condition. The trans. shifts as it should with no slippage, posi is quiet and works flawlessly, engine runs smooth and pulls hard through all RPMs. There are no misses, stumbles, or problems with the Opti.

I drive the car hard around town, but I maintain it like it should be and it is always allowed to warm up fully before getting to 3K. Never done donuts or anything else that would harm the car.

Car is in beautiful shape. Typical small chips in the hood from being driven, but you would not think this car has 80K on it. I love to keep my things nice, and this is no exception. I have kept it washed and waxed with top-quality Zaino products. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DENT OR DOOR DING IN THIS CAR.

I maintained this car religiously. New fuel filter, always Royal Purple and a K&N oil filter, trans. pan has been down three times, so most of that fluid is new, new gear oil and coolant as of last summer. Probably forgetting more as well.

---Now for the few bad parts associated with a near-14 year old car.

1. There is a one inch scratch on the very bottom of the passenger door. There will be a pic of it below.

2. The driver's rear quarter must've brushed a snowbank without me realizing it when we had our large blizzard here in IN. I haven't attempted to buff any of this out yet, and I will be doing that. However, as of now it still isn't all that noticeable. There will be a pic of this below as well.

--------These 2 are the only two real blemishes in the paint. There are a few very tiny surface scratches around the car, but they are of the type that you have to have your face 4 inches from the paint to see. I am very picky, and it will seem that I am picking the car apart and making it sound bad. I just don't want to leave anything out...The car really is in VERY good shape. Gets comments all the time.

3. Once or twice a month, the car does throw a code and turn on the SES light. I ran my scanning software on it, and it is a problem with the EGR system. Performance of the car is not affected at all, and the light shuts itself off after 5 or 10 minutes, or as soon as the car is restarted. I was planning for headers, so I never cared to investigate it.

4. There is one small crack in the dashpad above one of the vents. It's about 3/4" long. I think it can be touched up and I was going to try it come spring.
Other than that the interior is damn near perfect. There area a few small scratches on the plastic panels in the back, but I don't believe there is any wear on the seats to speak of.

Not many mods, but here goes.

-Hooker cat-back...still kinda quiet but real nice tone
-SLP cold air intake
-TransGo shift kit...chirps second
-Gatorback belt (I count it as a mod because I roughed up a pulley and stopped the annoying *** belt chirp at WOT shifts).
-Poly tranny mount
-Almost new front tires and the rears are at least half. Eagle GT-HRs
-LT4 KM (was in preparation for the headers)

Car has a clean Carfax. Never wrecked or anything like that. I was very picky and waited quite awhile to get this car. Drove all the way up to Downer's Grove to look/get her. There has never been a drop of anything to leak onto the ground from the 'bird.

I really don't want to get rid of her...but I can't really help it. I think I've got everything up there that needs to be said about the car.

Need to sell.....PRICE LOWERED TO $5500 with the stock wheels and tires. 1/2 tread on the rears and almost brand new front GT-HRs.

$6500 with the Firehawk wheels that are on it right now. Brand new BFG G-force sports and new DRs on the rears.

I am rushed to go take a test, so here are a few pics to hold you over until tomorrow when I can take tons.

Here they are. There's a boatload of them that I took at work today. I washed the car yesterday, but the roads are still nasty, so it's kinda dirty.

-------Now the ones below are pictures of the 3 problems I listed.

Very nice LT1 you have there. Not quite in the market for one but hopefully very soon I will be.
