Default FS/FT Turbo charged prelude

Hi all. Up for sale is a 1988 Honda prelude si 5-speed non 4 wheel steering. I would even consider possible trade for motorcycle or sedan type car. I have baby due in sept and need to sell my toys. Car is garaged in Lawreceville Ga (20 miles northeast of atlanta).
Car was daily driver getting about 30mpg before I parked it. Two weeks before I moved to las vegas I installed turbo and systems. They have ZERO miles on them with the exception of running up and down the hill to make sure everything works and starting and running it couple times a year.
Heres everything on the car as a daily driver. 2.0 si motor with about 50,000 miles on it. Clutch & Timming belt was replaced that time as well. Dash shows 233,000 miles which stopped right before I parked car. I have another gauge cluster that I will include as well. Underdrive pulley, Racing cat conv, #1 brand cat back exhaust, coil overs dropped 3 inches or so. P/s, p/w and sunroof work. No a/c as it was removed. Limo tinted windows, viper alarm installed by best buy (who messed up the demon style front bumper). Rear seats taken out. Demon style front bumper and skirts. Z3 fiberglass fenders.
The turbo: T3 rebuilt turbo installed with custom exhaust turbo manifold, type-s greddy blow off valve, msd high flow fuel pump, vortech FMU with mandrel bent piping. Not installed but included in sale is other mandrel bent pieces, side mount intercooler, various air lines and silicone couplers, boost gauge, original exhaust manifold.
The bad: The down pipe needs to be welded to exhaust system. I have a custom cut flange for that included as well. Or if you wanted to put car back to stock just take off turbo and oil lines and reinstall manifold and bolt back up to exhaust. As for turbo oil lines it needs new return line from turbo to oil pan. I didnt have time to replace it I just wanted to make sure everything worked before I left and it squirts oil so it does All oil lines are run and connected.
Car was running perfect when I parked it and now needs to be tunned etc. Its a 98% complete project. It does have demon style body kit but rear bumper not installed and will include it as well. As for the snorkels i just painted those and are on there with double sided tape and come off no problem. The center console was taken out so I can cut the shifter to make shorter and needs to be reinstalled.
Asking $1900 o.b.o. Thanks for looking
