Default 1999 Suzuki TL1000R - Rare, Fast, beautiful, MINT, awesome bike!

What you have here is the finest example of a TL1000R you will find. This bike was babied from day 1 by an older guy from St. Louis. It is absolutely mint, not a scratch, knick, dent, ding, or chip on it. Well taken care off with all scheduled maintenance done on or before time. Always cleaned, garaged, and properly stored for the winters. Even the stock blinkers and undertail are still in tact, how many do you see like that (without hacked, non matching painted undertails and tacky colored blinkers and junk)?
All the TL1000R well-known mods have been done to the bike already so you don't have to worry about that. First being the Manual fan toggle switch so you can turn the fan on in traffic and keep the heat down. Also the flappers for the S.R.A.D. (suzuki ram air direct) system have been taken out so the air box is open to fresh air at all times (this also helps keep the engine temp down as these bikes are known to run hot. The PAIR valve mod has also been done and the necessary vacuum lines have been taken care of so it works and eliminates the extensive backfiring on decelleration. If you've never ridden one of these bikes I can tell you they are a whole different ride. The brutal low end torque is amazing and you don't have to be revving to the sky to make power like 4 cylinder bikes. You have to be careful sometimes or the torque will catch you off gaurd and spin the tire! No regrets with this bike or flaws, it is a perfect example of a mint, and well set up, with all the supporting mods TL1000R. More details:

Bump for a nice bike!!

I had a 2001 TL1000R and I loved it the only reason I got rid of it was to get my Busa.
