Yes an no. Your Mustang is still a product of the 40th Anniversary that the Mustang had. The Mustangs that received the 40th Anniversary Package (no spoiler, 2 stripes down the middle, etc) were just a special edition, a celebration if you will, of the 40th Anniversary mustangs.
Everyone on the Mustang boards just calls them True 40th Anniversary Mustangs.
Sort of like how the Camaro had their 35th Anniversary model.
