Car is owned by my father, Price, who is the original owner and spec'd it out just like he wanted it. Non smoker and washed very often. Most of the miles are highway since he offices out of the home but occasionally has to go into downtown/med-center area or the airport for business. He's regretfully letting this car to downsize his daily driver in order to then allow funds for a more serious track car. He absolutely loves the car, but he can't have the M3 AND and track car unfortunately.

This car has been meticulously maintained and kept in perfect condition by BMW Houston North and Joel at Bavarian Hypersports. Car has under 10 track days on it (only about 3-4 a year) and is driven well. Never been off the pavement on the track or had any incidents on the street. This car absolutely flies around a racetrack and if driven well, can keep up with any other street car on the track. Also makes a sweet daily driver.
