'99 Neon - Gas Saver!! $2900 - Chicago Summary: '99 Dodge Neon highline sport dohc for sale with 118,XXX miles. Very dependable daily driver that gets great gas mileage!! 24 city and 33 highway. 1. Only one of the two sunroof functions works. It will pop up and down just fine, but will not slide back and forth.
2. Both doors make a poping noise from the hinge when you open the. The doors open/ close fine, the sound is just a little annoying.
3. The button to access the rear seats is not working on both sides. You just push the seat forward and don't need to use the button.
4. It uses about 1qt of oil every 1500 miles.
