Talking 575hp 1971 Vega Gt ~~sale Or Trade

I am posting this up just to see what happens. I do not NEED to sell the car, or get rid of it. It just turned out to be a little to much car for me.
I have only raced this car once. I ran a best time of 12.07 in Wendover. I was coming out of the hole at 1800 RPMs and going into 2nd gear at 4500, and once I hit third I shut it down and coasted.
The car scared the **** out of me. I guess I am not meant to have this kind of power. It has a LOT left in it, in fact, the motor in this car was previously in a 3300 lb GTO that ran 10.40s at 3500ft elveation,5k stall, and 488 gears. so that may put it into prespective.
I am interested in trades, partial trades, cash offers, bikes, cars, whatever. I don't want another truck, or an SUV. Something fun to drive, good gas mileage, some horsepower, or something! Just wanting somehting I can drive and enjoy more often.
I am into this car a little over $13k now.
I would like to get around $8500 cash or equal value. I am open to ALL offers though.
Liek I said, I am not in a position where I have to make a move and sell the car, but I am interested to see what is out there right now.
I have the UTAH title in hand, clean and clear.

I will do a brief rundown on the car, and the parts that I can remember! lol
Bought the motor from Todd Tosto @ TOSTO racing.
Gm .010 block
Gm steal crank
eagle rods
Brodix Track 1 heads cnc'd by M2 Race engines
Srp pistons
Harlen sharp 1.5 roller rockers

12.5:1 compression
Chrome moly push rods
Gm corvette pan
Sheet metal valve covers
Victor JR intake PNP'd by strosbergs
K&N air cleaner

FUEL
RJS 5 gallon fuel cell duel outlet
Holley blue for the car, Holley Red for the nitrous (red not hooked up, never ran nitrous)
40 million micron whatevers SUMMIT fuel filter
-12AN fuel line
Holley FPR
mighty demon 750

Ignition
MSD6AL
MSD small DIZZY
MSD 2step
MSD selectable pill for the 2step
8k pill for redline
Taylor 8.5 wires
NGKtr6 plugs

Trans
TH350 - stock, on a fresh rebuild
B&M shifter with BUTTON T handle
4000 Stall by HOWARD @ The Converter Company
SFI approved flexplate
~I just bought a fully built TH400 with a COAN brake and reverse manual valve body, but it is not swapped out yet

REAR END

Drum brakes - just replaced
31 spline MOSER axles
POSI
4.11 gears (also have a set of 5.13s)
back braced

Suspension
Front - stock 4cyl suspension
I just bought SUMMIT 3way adjustable drag shocks, and new springs. But they are not installed yet
Rear
3 link, with an adjustable drag bar and ladder bars.

Electronics
FAST single 02 Wideband - the good one, that data logs n ****
OIL, Temp, Volt gauges in the dash, where radio was at one point.
shift light and tach steering column mounted
Electric fan
Electric water pump

Interior
PROCAR seats with sliders
5 point RJS harness on drivers side with pads

BADS:
This car is "turn key" in the sense that I can go drive it whenever I want .But it is NOT COMPLETE.
The factory wiring has seen its day, under the dash, under the hood is ok.
Rusting around the windshield and hatch
Front nose is not smooth
hole cut in hood to clear air cleaner
no headlights, blinkers, etc. lol race cars dont need em! lol
front suspension bushings are probably factory, so they should be replaced, if you plan on street driving the car.
no carpet - race cars dont need carpet
dash is cut up, and chese ball aluminum panels were installed to hold my switches for the nitrous, fuel, water, fan, and ignition
wheel tubs are not sealed anymore, so air comes in... like that matters.. lol
I mention all of this, because I do not want anyone to be confused.
I am sure there is a LOT I am forgetting, but dont hesitate to ask or for me to clarify things...

Holley red, for the nitrous. On the other side of that same plate is a Holley Blue, for the Carb. AN-6 from the cell to the pump- AN-12 from the pump to the regulater - AN-8 from the regulater to the carb.

Nnote how low my header extension sits, it needs to be pie-cut and angled up to be level with the body, the drivers side is the side with the 02 for the FAST WIDEBAND.

note the quarters where they were cut to fit the tire

One broken piece on the grill

Summit 4-way line lock

The coil wire mounted on the fire wall. The coil is under the dash, on the passenger side. keeps under the hood cleaner, and the coil away form the heat.

Holley FPR

Note all the wires next to the line lock, those are for the running lights, head lights, and marker lights.

Here you can see a dent in the quarter panel - oops. it isn't really bad, should pop right out...

Here you can see the rust around the rear hatch. its pretty bad! Fiberglass & Lexan dumdumdum

RJS 5 gallon sumped fuel cell with dual outlets

This is through the front windshield. Pretty bad all the way around it.

RJS 5 point harness with pads, covering the very nice PROCAR seat, by SCAT

There is the FAST Wideband

Brodix track 1s, CNC'd by M2 RACE SYSTEMS

These intake runners are huge! Support the high RPMs! ;-)

Here is the plate I made to hold all the ignition stuff. It has the MSD6AL, Blaster COIL, MSD 2step, Adjustable pill, MONSTER CABLE Fuse block, and a ciggarette lighter - to power the FAST

Very sick GRIFFIN radiator

Shows it with the Cragers all the way around, and the street tires.

Here is a video I made a few months ago

And here is the video of my runs in wendover, watch my front tires bounce off the ground. i am glad I ordered the new suspension! lol

Okay, I am sure there is a lot I am forgetting. If you have any questions, or would like to come see the car, i am located in Tooele, UT, 84074. Just send me a PM, or post up.
Thx everyone!!
