"Yeah I hope noone dealt with this guy he got this vehicle off of me by running a scam. He'll be in court over this if he doesn't respond to my calls/emails/messages soon." I know reading is a tough subject, but Im forewarning everyone this car will be the matter of a court subject. Then a few minutes later a guy posts a trade subject for it.

Well the vehicle that he made the trade for had listed several internal engine and transmission mods that were not there. It all started when the tranny started having problems and then the headgasket let loose. Pulling the head we were able to see the pistons he claimed were in the engine were not and infact looked like the original engine not the 15k mile high performance rebuild he claimed. Also the transmission upon removal did not have any signs of being redone and upon contacting the company that supposedly did the rebuild they told me to look for a few things that they do on all of there transmissions and none of those things were to be found either. He was honest about all of the external mods, but everything internal was a lie. He now won't return phone calls/messages/emails so he'll be hearing from a lawyer I retained over this now.

Well the lawyer I've hired seems to think he'll be responsible for anything claimed that wasn't as listed. I have found out according to many states laws you are responsible for the listing of a vehicle and the accuracy of it.
