Default 8 second 83 Z28 "92 clone" CAMARO 406CID, GLIDE, FOGGER, 5SEC 8TH

I am selling my 83 Z28. It is a clone of a 92 with all the g f/x. This car is a stock suspension car that runs high 5’s in the 1/8 th on one stage of nitrous and runs mid 5’s on both stages. First stage is 200 and second is 150. Car runs in the 8’s ¼ mile at over 150mph shutting the second stage off at the 1000ft mark. Car 60’s in the high 1.20’s and low 1.30’s depending on track conditions. I listed the majority of all the major parts as you can see, but there are so many small things you cant see. Such as the wiring that is all color coded, every thing is on a relay, etc….. I am asking $21,000 for the car. You could not build this car for 33k. For the 21k you are getting a turn key 8sec car. The car also has some massaged ¼’ panels that look stock and will fit a 29.5x10.5 Tire you want. Currently I run 28x10.5’s and have been running them for the last 2 years. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. There are no cheap parts on this car. Sorry I don’t have the best pics available. The motor is fresh with exactly 38 passes on it since rebuild in 2007.

Vfn Fiberglass Doors with stock door handles inside and out “ works like factory door”
Lexan Windows that are removable. “they have a custom 1/4in chromoly frame around them with posts on the doors.
Fiberglass 4in cowl Hood “removable”
Lexan Rear Window
Vfn fiberglass decklid
Hatch is fully functional just like stock.
Ed Quay Aluminum wing
Car is Painted white with custom blue Tribal flames that have silver tips on them.
Car also has all 92 ground effects and nose on it so it looks just like a 92 z28



Interior:

After Market light weight carpet
Stock dash and console
Has 1 plastic race seat
G-force harness
G-force window net
Hurst Billet pistol Grip shifter Forward pattern
Custom built switch panel in radio hole
Guages are also in the location the radio would be “oil press, fuel press and water temp”
Aero Space Billet Dual Nitrous Bottle Holder in place of passenger seat
Rear seats removed to accommodate cage.

Engine:

Balanced and blue printed 408 cid sbc 12.8 compression
Dart block .040 over
Eagle 4340 3.75 Crank
Eagle 4340 6.0in H-beams with L19 bolt Upgrade
Custom Ross Nitrous Pistons Top ringland is down .315 and 2nd is down .220 and third is down .117 Tool steel pins, and pin buttons
Childs and albert rings with hellfire nitrous top ring, and napier second ring

Polished Single Plain intake with some minor porting and matching
Custom built Quickfuel 950 Carb
NX Single Stage Fogger with new lightning solenoids
NX Gemini Twin Plate
-6 feed line for nitrous
Guages on each system to make sure your pressure is right


Exhaust:

Stahl 2in Headers
Custom dual 3in exhaust with mufflers and turn downs runs all the way to the axle
Car is quiet!

Fuel System:

Magnafuel Prostar 300 Pump with -8 line to regulator and then -8 line to carb
5gal aluminum fuel cell placed in rear hatch well area with nhra approved firewall flip top lid for access
1 gallon fuel cell for nitrous placed in front fender area with holly blue pump.
Holley regulators for motor and each stage of nitrous
All AN fittings and lines throughout car.

Cooling:

Griffin Radiator with 1.5in cooling tubes
Spahl dual electric fans
Proform electric water pump
Cooling lines from front to back on both sides of intake



Ignition:

MSD Digital 6ignition
MSD Pro Billet Distributor
MSD Wires
NGK plugs
Mallory CD Coil
