What does the car need?

This is an air car BUT I have no intention of hooking up the air conditioning. The unit is in the firewall BUT it needs a compressor, hoses & correct heater control.
Heater fan not wired up yet.
Clock tries to work - needs rebuild

How does the car sound?
Unbelievable idle & awesome powerful sounding big block motor.
When you start the car it ALWAYS draws a crowd.
