Default FS: 2003 Ford Explorer Limited 4X4 V8

2003 Ford Explorer Limited 4X4
Approx. 57500 miles on clock

Scratch in rear bumper

Scratches near fuel filler cap

Scratch in front bumper

Some of the features in this vehicle:

Silver with Black/Black leather Interior with wood grain trim
Electronically Selectable 4x4 (not the crappy on-road only AWD)
4.6ltr V8 with Automatic Transmission
ABS and ASC Traction Control
17” Premium Chrome Wheels
FM/AM radio with 6 Disk CD Changer and Factory subwoofer
Dual Zone Electronic Climate Control with Rear A/C
3rd Row seat
Power driver and front pass seats
Sunroof
Reverse Sensors
Auto dim rear view mirror
Chrome roof rails
Running boards
Towing package

Brand New Battery with 3yr Warranty
Tires – Rear tires were replaced recently (over 95% remaining) fronts have approx. 65%.
Mobil One oil used since I’ve owned it (bought at approx. 43K)
All services and TSB recalls completed, inc. rear window hinge recall and PCM re-flash.
Catalytic convertor replaced under warranty
ABS control module and sensors replaced under warranty
K&N air Filter

Everything works and has been meticulously maintained. Engine runs smooth and doesn’t skip a beat no-matter what you ask of it. Fuel economy is about 16-17mpg in the city and if you drive like a sane human being, I’ve got it running at about 21mpg on highway with 4 people and luggage on a trip to Canada (according to in-dash economy gage readout); much better without anyone. Body is in perfect shape; save for a few nicks and scratches by the previous owners (shown in pics). Wife is going back to finish nursing school full time so I need to sell quickly. This truck was one of 3 cars we own and was mainly used for weekend outings and trips. I just refinanced to a lower rate/payment a few months ago hoping I could keep it but that’s proving to be too hard … take over payments ($245/mo.) and we’ll call it a deal! I will get it Maryland inspected for the Buyer too! We owe approx. $13K so that or best offer is what I’m asking.

These are great suvs. My 95 lasted past 240k before I ditched it. My 03 Limited is exactly the same as above, but at 120k now. A sweet ride for the money.

Thanks man, I absolutely love it but circumstances say I can't afford keep it when the wife goes back to school

Sorry, didn't get time to clean up and take pics of the interior but here's pics from last year when I bought it. It's still in the same condition. I'll definitely get more current int. pics when I get some time.

Well, I may get to keep it a while longer afterall 'cos the wife's starting in the fall. So offers accepted, but since I'm not in too much of a rush to sell now, I'm not gonna have to take a huge loss like I was willing to ... someone missed a great opportunity!
