how much are you looking to spend ?
I've got a NBM 01 SS auto w/ t-tops, approx. 41,000 miles, the car is in excellent condition but from the sounds of your post probably more than you're looking to spend ?

 

99 ss m6 blue with 73000 miles,leather t-tops full power for $10.250 & i am in n/w indiana............

 

Looking to spend 6k-7k im getting a loan to pay for it so let me know

Well I have a 2000 ss camaro black on black leather. I just had the trans rebuilt by tick performance and a brand new ls7 clutch put in. The body is in good shape and the interior is very nice. The front bumber has normal rock chips. The car has 105k but it has a new cam 228 from TSP with new exhaust SLP LM2. New tires with less than 500 miles Drag radials out back with chrome ZR-1s.
