**** i could barley run an 1/8th mile when i started, and could only bust like 10 pushups..ive been at it for over a year now...long as u get that heart rate up for like 30 mins ull burn ****, and most importanly...DONT EAT AFTER 6pm

Ryan, I am on a way smaller cam than what you seen in the vid. Although I have been itching to put in my old cam and flash the other tune in.
