az window tint

hey anybody know what the legal tint level is in phx az?? im lookin to get windows tinted and need to know where the limit is so i can stay close to it.

so 33% huh thats pretty much worthless, guess ill be testing my luck with 15-20% i dunno if i wanna risk limo tint lol.

You can limo the back window and I think you will be safe with 20% or 25%.
But I haven't really heard of a lot of people getting pulled over for tint only... it usually starts as speeding/reckless driving and then when/if the cop notices your tint he will write you up for that as well as anything else they can get your for... like the license plate light being out. lol

Yeah i got friends with limo all around except the front window and they never get pulled over so ill probably go maybe 15% but we will see depends on if im feeling dangerous and go limo on the back and the sides.

You can ask the person tinting your windows and they should be able to tell you about the laws. They can get fined for tinting your windows darker than the law allows.

yeah mine is like 5% all around.. the police tested it recently, it was 9%.

I've had it for over 3 years. I got a ticket recently for the first time.

Dark or nuthin.
