Need help ASAP!!!!!
The DS upper shock mount broke somehow and now the top end of the shock absorber (with nut and torn isolator still attached) is wedged down BELOW the isolator!!! WTF!
I will give gas and food/beer monies to anyone that has the tools and experience to help me fix this in person!
I am moving next week and this car is my DD so it needs to be fixed ASAP.
I don't want to take it back to the place that installed the new shocks and isolators in the first place. At any cost. Don't even want to try and sue them either.
I found a parts car very close nearby that should have any suspension parts I need to fix this... Just had these shocks put on less than 10k miles ago so I don't want to blow it out by driving on it like this.

I've been hearing a loud clunk some times over bumps, I was thinking it was my SFC's. I better look that over. Can you tell from the engine compartment, or did you have to remove the splash guard and look from below?
First thing I popped the hood checked the bolts - everything looked fine. I jacked the car up and then immediately saw it and I think that's when it popped out from the inside edge to the outside edge of the isolator, so now I can't drive it over a pebble without it making awful sounds. I had it towed back to Costa Mesa last night from Seal Beach...
This is how it is sitting right now ^
P.S. I can get out of work early today sometime after lunch. Just got it OK'ed by my supervisor.

53 is broken for sure. Can't tell if 3 is broken without taking the whole thing apart...
Also, it's missing 49. The dumbasses that installed it last time either broke or didn't transfer over the old dust cover on one or more of the front shocks. I'm not sure that 52 or 51 is even installed, else it should be visible by now since a chunk of 53 is still attached under 54.
