Actually if you really get into it, you would pay $2999+tax+license+dealer fees on the other one. If you buy that one you are paying $4000 or so and ask the guy if he minds if you put down that you paid $500 for the car on the bill of sale, that way when you go to put it in your name you are paying taxes on $500 instead of $4000, but its up to you.

actually the guy says if you got 3k cash he'll take that out the door, my friend was gonna buy it, he went down there and everything but just too many miles. If I was you Krazy I would just get one thats already built. This is usually the cheapest route.

Another idea is a bad *** built third gen. That would be sick to me at least.

Thats my plan, its cheaper to buy, its lighter with a cast iron motor than the 4th gens with an aluminum motor, easier to find body parts for, has the same rear suspension setup, and when you need to work on the motor its easy to get to....and it looks badass!
