There are tons. I think Ctunnel.com is one of the biggest ones. That or Hidemyass.com. Both of those, and all their variations, are blocked here though.
About CTunnel: You could also try any letter in front of "Tunnel" (eg ATunnel, BTunnel, XTunnel)
Edit: ****, now that I think about it, you can even use Google Translate ( http://translate.google.com ), but I'm not sure it'd be able to load everything. Just have it translate whatever site you want to see from some other language (eg Mandarin Chinese) to English and you're good.
