Default anyone got some weight they wanna get rid of?

i set up a lil bench at the shop and i need some 45 plates for olympic bar...and or whatever misc. weight a guy might have laying around takin up space in the garage...got to bre large hole olympic style weight..dotn care how rusty or old they are....

they are at my mom's pad... if you want you can pick them up on the weekend i'll be there on sat maybe sunday...

mike you dont need the olympic bar, you can get away benching the arm curl bar

Check craigslist I bought 300lbs + an Olympic bar for $60 from someone there.

hell i cant hardly get that **** 5-7 times...weak as **** on chest..can preacher 35s tho and 45s on tricep press...shoulders im not terrible prolly on teh weaker side tho..gotta shed a few pounds and start teh J U I C E....

im a bottlehed battler....not a cage fighter

dont mean to hijack this thread...but if anybody in the 626/818 area also has a set to let go, ill take it off their hands...
i used to max lift 385 when i played football back in the tenth grade...id be suprised if i could even do that once now...
