Socal, La Canada Meet!! Hey, setting up a meet Thursday, November 13 around 9pm in La Canada at the new Sport Chalet on the upper deck parking lot, lots of room to park, low driveways and no speed bumps. Its right off the Angeles Crest offramp off the 210 freeway by the 2 freeway, get off the freeway and head down the street and make a left into the shopping area across from the gas station, if you need directions ask. This is going to be the first meet here, so hopefully people come and start up a new spot to hang out. We should have no problems with cops since were on top out of the way, and if were not too loud, no one will even know were there. This is being posted on all forums, so If everyone shows there should be beemers, benzes, supras, poreches, and hopefully I wont be the only camaro there.

LOL!!!....you dudes are funny! I just might be a Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputy, and I just might be working La Canada that night....I'll make sure noone bothers you guys. Just keep the noise to a respectable level and you should have no issues. The citizens there will have no problems calling us to brake up the gathering if you start reving you're engines and making excessive noise, believe me! Using the upper lot is a good idea,however, we do patrol the shopping center. Good Luck guys...

You can try to ask the Sports Chalet for permission like HPFMTRE suggested, just keep in mind that the shopping center is relatively brand new. Having said that, you just want to avoid having those guys think they'll become the next " Flames " or " Fuddruckers " for young car enthusiasts to hang out. They probably didn't have that in mind when they built the place. You guys will be fine, I believe there's cameras up there so just be mindful of what you do, besides it's worth a try.
