This is the type of attitude we pray on. Don't think awd dsm's are so slow. I know, of course ss camaros are fast. But I took my brothers 99 ss with torquer 2 cam and full boltons( 400rwhp approx) by a good 2 car lengths. Some dsm's are riced out shitboxes, some aren't.

A DSM with 400 AWHP has got some serious mods and will probably smoke 80% of the people on here... They are lighter than us and AWD just add lengths upon take-off. Best chance would be from a roll on a freeway.

It's cool man. Yeah, there were a good percentage of 2nd gen dsm's that got crankwalk. (excessive thrust bearing wear). My hasn't though, It also has 182,000 miles on it and has a 25 psi compression difference between two of the cylinders. As for the fwd setup, it is fwd based all wheel drive. Stock blocks can make around 450whp reliably, and with a built motor some have made over 1000whp. I'll try to post up a few of the runs against my brothers LS1. Oh, I am in no way bashing ls(anythings) I love my brothers car and have very much respect for camaros in general.
