I think he should get proof first Chris. He even called me on Saturday because "someone" "accused" me of being the guy PMing people and it really pissed me off. I'm still not sure if Rob was just trying to eliminate possibilities by calling me (because someone else got a similar call) or if someone really pointed the finger AT me but the call pissed me off plenty.

Oh wow

Rob I hope you find who you are looking for. You might be able to take legal action regarding this person's actions of slander against your business. It wouldn't be slander if the person's claims were true and had proof, but since neither is the case you may be able to do something about it in small claims. I am not 100% sure though, but it may be something to look in to if the person continues to attack your business in an attempt to lure away your clientele. Good luck!

hmmm i don't know abou that. i think it needs to be more of a public display, like printed in a newspaper. otherwise i, and probably everyone else, would be sued for bashing mcdonalds everytime they take 20 minutes to give us cold chicken nuggets. (i just woke up thats the only example i could come up with lol)

i dont think you want to beat the kid, that will just cause problems for you. call his mommy and tell him what a bad boy he's been.

Agreed...whoever the culprit is I really don't think a beating is the greatest route to take. However much you might want to punch their lights out, it could be much more trouble than it's worth. Yes it might be nice to sit back and watch some backstabber get a whoopin, but really it's just not worth the possible repercussions. I asked a viable source though... the legal action would be possible if you could prove that this mystery person was out to damage your business. If you really wanted to get this person back badly enough, the legal route would be better than beating... although I know not as fun.
