they do not have the same engine as the g8, most likely this either has a 5.3, or 6.0, but not same as a g8

No not the G8 GXP(ls3), the GT(l76). Its the 6.0 L76 engine with DOD. My buddies is an 08 so thats the model year im referring to. Not sure what year the truck in pics is, but looks like 07 or so. Its the nicest truck ive seen for the money IMO

Yes mine is the black one.
There was a white one at famoso a few months back running low 12's and high 11's but they can't seem to keep running long enough to make it out much.
Maybe over the winter my rig will get some new toys and see a low 12 next spring!

Yes a 100 shot. I got tired of waiting to improve N/A, the car loved it. Picked up 11MPH.

how did the car run off 4th gear when it was only in 3rd? or did u shift into 4th after all?

I tried it in 3 and it was the same, 12.37@109 I think. I had alot of timing pulled in anticipation of a nitrous pass, I may go back on the 6th and do a little N/A work.

not bad at all. i gotta tried harder launches to break that crappy 60ft of mine. the car pulls like hell after the 60ft but a little bit of lag off the line.

its the fastest run i got , then they kicked me off, with more seat time (better 60ft) i could have maybe gone 11.0 or 10.9x , i know the car has the mph, not bad for intake thermostat and tune.
