Yeah, but then you'll always be driving around an out of state car...Might get pulled over alot...
I use to just put a generic blank dealer car license plate on my cars.. I would take off the original plates and throw them in the closet to collect dust. My cars always looked new so that always worked for me for the time that I actually owned them.... I would then register the car as a "non op" and drive it anyway and avoid registration fees aswell.... Got pulled over a few times and told the officer I was driving the car to the dealer auction to sell it.. He said the reg is "non op" and it should not be driven period.....I then showed him my expired dealer license and I was good to go everytime.. No tickets just warnings...... That got old eventually and then I found a shady smog guy that could help me out for $300 a pop.......
Blank dealer plates were also great for those picture tickets.. I ran yellows all the time with pleasure just to get the picture to flash...I would be busting up every time... Even gave the finger a few times just for kicks..

it helps the tree huggin hippies get their lil warm fuzzy feeling that we're not polluting the air. they complain and cry about us polluting while they sit in their little circle jerks smoking weed all day suckin up welfare.
