I never mentioned ported heads, I actually said that the stock heads are one of my biggest restrictions. I told him cam, full valvetrain, full bolt-ons. So I could see how that might have sounded like fully built. It was some sick races! I still need to perfect my launch, and get some suspension mods.

I'll be happy to help, let me know when you plan on doing things.

Well damn dude we will see if I can get some goodies here, after headers.... this could be a fun time getting my car all fun... Also great runs there SRJ, that neon is quick.
