i would but but 12.5 compression and psi dont mix.

You didnt feel the car weird or miss with a piece of cylinder missing? Thats crazy. Time to go bigger. 427-440?

Thats not stock compression buddy, are you going to buy my turbo kit. I really want to get that pulley.

Thats why i think it didn't happen when i owned the car, the previous owner had n2o on the car. the piston ring is still sealing the cylinder only a peice of the top corner is missing. I would of heard a peice that big brake off and no to mention my turbine would of been damaged and its mint.

Not a scratch on the cylinder wall, its a rebuildable block. Even the cumbustion chamber on the head was flawless its weird .

Exactly what i was thinking, I purchased this car 5 years ago. Back then cars with the same milage where going for 10k i got it for 6k now i know why. They just wanted to sell it fast, now i know the reason

from what i have heard is ls1 pistons do chip like that and usually the piece that breaks off melts away without causing major damage not all the time but this doesnt surprise me my buddies 99 n20 car had the same chip with no damage
