CA, when we getting our state returns?

if you look at the CA tax resourse board website it says that even though they passed a budget (complete bullshit one at that) it doesnt mean we are getting our returns soon. They need to make sure that everyone else that matters get paid first (you know, unions and anyone else that pays off the politicians).
but, you can roll your return over to next year, so they can get the interest off your money and withold more from you next year...sound like a deal?
BTW the news also was very excited about our budget passing, with no mention of the fact that our taxes go up a ridiculous amount.
among others, CA sales tax increases 1.5%, car tax doubled, and income tax increases by 2%. they tried to add a .12/gal gas tax too, but that got shot down.

actually, thats not true. after 45 days (from April 15) they are required to pay us interest. They can keep it as long as they want/need from my understanding.

If I don't have mine by April 15th. I'm going exempt or change my withholdings to the max. I'll be damned if I"m going to keep paying in when the can't pay me back. Maybe if they have a little cash flow issue.

I wanna know why we still have these super intendants hired for LAUSD who are making six figures and there are more than a dozen of these guys, their job is already being taken care of by another super intendant..... who is sucking who's dick for that one...
Why don't we say that the congressman and women don't get any pay for this year since they sat around with their thumbs up their asses on this and now are ******* us after charging us all this crap.....
Why is it that there are people still charging stuff to the state like airfare to go from sacramento to LA to see a concert?? Why are people from the OC in our governors cabinet flying up to sac-town and charging it to the state?? Why are people on well fare not working?? I say hey subsidize the loans or property costs for rachers and farmers and give th crop jobs to the unemployed instead of the illegals make them work for their hand out..... stop giving illegals well fare benefits too....
and yes we do give them benefits my job deals with the well fare offices you wanna argue it lets have a round I talk to case workers all day every day, it does happen.

).with that said, i agree. we pay so much for LAUSD, yet they have a 50% drop out rate. it seems to me that they dont want that money, so why not redirect that money? forget about the flights from OC to sac, what about the flights from sac to everywhere else in the world.
how much are we paying those awesome state workers? they might NEED that pay, and it might not be FAIR, but we are in a horrible economy, everything needs to be proportional. how much money are we spending to preserve wild life? what about all of these smog regulations, i know they cost a lot to keep up.
CA is like an irresponsible person. when the income is great they spend every last dime on useless crap, but when the income drops, they cant stop spending like mad. as a result, the Dems just increase taxes...so yea lets put the strain on Mr. and Mrs. taxpayer who is barely making it by because of the high gas prices (3rd highest in the nation, highest in the contigual states) and extremely high cost of living.
oh and even though we increased taxes for this year, were gonna go ahead and hang onto your excess taxes that you paid last year...just in case we see something we really must have (maybe 5th gen Camaros for all state employees?).

I just look at it this way my family is white and came over for the most part 3 generations ago like my great grand parents came here. My family had to come here legally and work their asses off so we could have a sufficient life hell some even moved to wisconsin where it was cheap, my great grand father (an irish man) died coming out of a steel mill big steel bar took off the back of his head... now did my family get anything for it nope a letter saying sorry your family member was killed. My grandpa worked hard to give my dad and his brothers everything they needed never once going on well fare, my dad did the same working two jobs at one point (janotir and a night security guard) So..... moral of the story is if we were illegals of darker skin we woulda got more from the government instead of having to work hard... fair nope... Ohh well...
And why is my tax dollars not going to fix these shitty roads.... I mean seriously what in the world is wrong with them people up there I want what drugs they're on.

And think about if they made the 12 million illegals, legal. Thats over 12 million more people on wellfare and social services, are tax dollars that are collected for this state isnt even enough to pay for the stuff that needs to be paid for. This state is a perfect example of why socialism and a marxism wont ever work. The top 1% of this state pays for 80% of the taxes collected, and where does it go? Not where it belongs thats for sure.
