You can mod them in exactly the same way you mod a LS1. Everything is compatible. It's basically a iron LS1 with the same stroke, smaller bore. Once you put a cam, heads, intake...the only thing that will be different is the displacement. Plus it's iron so you can build it to take some abuse, and it can easily be bored out to a 5.7.

Well that's good to hear because I was planning on using the 503 that's what I wanted to get. Also when I think big cam I think of something like cu has in his car where it's cammin so bad that it sounds like it's barely running at idle LOL

its not your fault man. my dumb *** was the one who chose to go run with you instead of just chillin at the track. its all good though. if i dont get an ls car im gonna have a decently fast lt car when im done with it.
