I went down to the shop today at about 430PM and the shop was closed. I havent been able to get a hold of Danny or Kevin. So I called Cypress PD to the scene. They took my information, aswell as the information of the situation. The officer said he would do some research and try contact these *****. He also said he would roll through as much as he can and try catch them at the shop.

Picking up his car may hurt his cause as well (with respect to recouping money).
Well he needs to have Ryne (if that is where you are taking it) document the condition of the car, and write a report and bill of sale of what HE has done to it. Then dispute your bill with cypress via your credit card company (i think you already did that) and send them all the info. You have to prove to them that you payed for a service, the service was not received, and you had it fixed at another authorized location. Good luck

ok i will see you tomorrow, i wont be in until about 10am, because i have a doctors appointment at 8:30 in corona. so just tell your buddy that, because i dont recall what time he is scheduled to be there
