Sorry to hear about. Your frekin lucky if you don't get a ticket in the mail. I am not sure I would sign something like that admitting I was driving recklessly. Hope nothing happens.

No I signed a statement that the corolla cut me off and I swerved and skid and hit the sign. The witness gave his own statement stating that I was driving recklessly.

thats why you dont swerve to avoid someone, you just let them hit you that way its harder for them to flee the scene.

I would call LKQ, 800-525-3667, they'll have one cut off with extra material so you can weld on the new one at the factory welding points.
